• Become successful by quitting

• Corporate VS Entrepreneur

• How where you are in your career shapes what you should get from a company

• How to build trust with the customers

• Start-ups should solve issue no one is solving

• How sports discipline transfers to business

• Why result driven brands are bound to succeed

Vadim Fedotov is the CEO and founder of Bioniq, a global leader and pioneer in personalized supplements solutions based on blood tests and the most up-to-date science. His company now manages to improve cognitive and physical function through micro-nutrients up to 7-8% for professional athletes, and as much as 30-35% for average people. He managed to accomplish this with no professional science or medical experience of his own, but with strong discipline that came from professional sports, entrepreneur spirit he learned from his father, and determination to make a product he himself needed but couldn’t find on the market. Vadim came to the US as Germany’s young basketball MVP, only to find out that he doesn’t have what it takes to make it in(to) the NBA. Instead of seeing this as a failure to fulfil his life’s goals he has turned it into an opportunity focusing on his studies and gaining experience in the business world. Find out how and why there is no shame in quitting your job or your goals if you discover that in the long run they do not offer what you want in life.
