Who is Paul Schlader?

Paul is a certified Q-Grader, which is held by less than 1,000 people in the country, and it allows him to travel all over the world and score high-quality coffee, helping farmers earn the highest premiums for their products. He discovered his true love for coffee after he tasted an Ethiopian natural processed coffee back in 2008.
