Episode #107

In this episode of What the Fat, I talk to BMX sensation Todd Meyn. Todd’s story is incredible! From getting signed with Nike at just 16, to riding for the Nitro Circus by the age of 21, he achieved some amazing accomplishments early on in his career. Talent and drive were the forces that helped him keep pursuing his passion of riding. We also discuss how an injury of a broken leg and gaining 19lbs was what kickstarted his healthy lifestyle and become more aware of his eating habits. Changing these habits helped him see a difference in his daily life and in his career. He has maintained a healthy lifestyle for the past 10 years and talks about how it’s helped him stay at the top of his game
