In this episode of What The Fat, I talk about how a fear mindset can change everything. Your mindset has a big impact on the way you workout and go about your day. I relay my personal experience of how when I changed my own mindset I was able to accomplish more than I thought. This change of mindset that not only applies to the gym, but in life. Seeing my friend Josh and how much he has grown out of fear and his story has really helped encourage me to live my life not in a fear mindset but a one that helps me grow.
