Today’s Topic: Celebrating HEALTHY holidays is a MUST.

First of all, girls, I would like to wish you a happy Thanksgiving! So, what foods are you planning to prepare? How many buffet parties are you going to? Well, for sure, it would be a lot!

Okay now, let’s get to the point… Feasting during holidays can be traditional and be healthy at the same time. Can you believe? So, I prepared 7 Holidays How-to’s that you could SHOULD follow to stay healthy & fit but still enjoy holidays. Make sure to tune in because these are easy-to-follow tips. Trust me, you don’t want to be sulking on the weight you might gain after the Thanksgiving or Christmas.

So, I’m not saying to fill your Thanksgiving table with bland and boring food. There are so many ways you could still maintain your diet such as keeping away from alcohol, taking the focus off the food, de-stressing, bringing a healthy dish to a party, and many more! I discuss more about these, so take mental notes!

And to make all of these 7 Holidays How-To’s effective, let’s do a DIET BET during the holidays. So, are you in? The only rule: after the 4-week holidays, you have to lose 4% of your body weight. Sounds doable girls, right?
