My guest today is Sean Nicolle. He and his wife teach movement classes at Republic of Movement in Miami. Both are mentorship students of Ido Portal. His goal is to draw from different worlds to develop a movement practice. This includes pursuing attributes like strength, coordination, rhythm and physical intelligence. Sean did his PhD on movement complexity and has a masters degree in counselling psychology.
