Rumination or over-analysis of past situations, especially in the middle of the night, causes anxiety, stress and sleeplessness, which in turn has a negative effect on your overall wellbeing.

In this episode, I share some suggestions on how to stop rumination in the middle of the night, and ideas on how to proactively prevent rumination so that you can examine situations in a healthy, productive, and effective way.
