How and why are training deloads incorporated into training protocols and what determines the intensity and frequency of them? Granted that training deloads aren't just for powerlifters like many people believe them to be, Paul and Laurin discuss how they use them with some of the physique competitors that they work with and how the diet can be manipulated during that time as well.
