Today, I'm sharing a special message I originally shared on Instagram about how I went through a season of not talking on my IG stories due to fear of being annoying...being annoying to you, my friends, family, etc. Wild right? I let my fear of what others think prevent me from speaking my truth, and being my FULL authentic self. I know I'm not the only one, am I right?
How often do we stay on the sidelines or keep our mouths shut in order to "keep the peace" or "not make noise"? TOO OFTEN is the reality.
In this bonus episode, we acknowledge the many ways you might be hiding your true self on the daily, followed by practical tips on how to start showing up for yourself in the small moments.
