Worrying keeps us in low frequency energies of anxiety, panic, worthlessness, comparison, and scarcity.
We worry because the future is uncertain, and our brain dislikes uncertainty. One of the most powerful tools I've used in my own life and that I walk my clients through was inspired by Tim Ferriss, and entails facing our fears by thinking through worst-case scenarios.
