 “What will happen if I do Pull-Ups everyday” 

I share a story about how I challenged my students to 10 000 Pull Ups in 30 Days and what I learned. I also cover :

  1. My strategy on how I was going to try and reach 10 000 Pull Ups in 30 Days
  2. What happened physically to my body in the 30 days
  3. The Pro's and Con's from doing so many Pull Ups
  4. Teach you to do a single Pull Up if you can't even do 1 rep
