In today’s episode, Charlie spills the beans on how he is preparing for a competition. He chronicles everything from supplements, food sources, diets, and a lot more. Always remember that for you to lose fat, you have to be in a calorie deficit.


You can have different things on your plate that aren’t necessarily chicken and rice and still get super shredded. You just have to weigh them in your macros, calories, and what you are doing. For you to become the person you want to be, you have to start behaving like that person now. Do it now, and stop making excuses!
