Remember the days when you did everything you could to get it right, but only wrong was the answer? When your day has gone to the dogs!

Maybe it's the holidays, family gatherings, out of the norm activities, what's happening in the "real" world that begins to razzle, dazzle your stress hormones!

You know those days where you left your cell phone at home and you're halfway to your destination. You lock your keys in the car, or a flat tire.
