For women in small business the struggle is real! Often our own health and wellness tends to take a backseat when we are flooded with what we believe to be much higher priorities in our business and personal life. Today I want to introduce you to someone who will be joining us throughout the year on many episodes and can help you take great care of yourself naturally with common sense practical advice. We will be talking about getting back to basics, going organic and what role your gut plays in your holistic health and wellness.
