Are you struggling with finding a daily routine that works for you and your family? Wanting to stop the struggle of daily routines. How can you do it?

You tried to adopt routines that hold you not only to your goals, but to the goals of your family.

It's a tough job and a juggling act. No one ever told you that when you grow up, you're main job would be a juggler.

But that is how it feels most of the time. You throw up two, three, or four things, and hope they land where you want them to.

Unfortunately, that is usually the outcome.

You know how incredibly full your life is. Busy is always your hello!

What can you do to stop the struggle of daily routines?

The K.I.S.S. ~ Clear the Clutter and Simplify!

  1. Trash the clutter
    • Tangible and Commitments
    • If you didn't have it/commit to it, what would be missing? You must have a compelling reason; otherwise this may not be right during this season of life.
    • Begin to understand the power of NO.
  2. Simplify to the Bare Necessities
    • What can you do in a frame of mind which includes calmness, satisfaction, and energy producing.

You are told you have to have ALL this stuff, the clutter by peer pressure, social influence, and your own guilt.

When your routine goes against your season of life, you are struggling. You will feel exhausted, drained, and tired.

Is anything worth having if it's energy zapping, overwhelming and you always trying to get out of it. THIS IS BAD! Red flag!!
