Heart disease is the number one killer in the United States, and most of the world. In the U.S, around 695,000 people die from heart disease every year. Every 33 seconds, someone dies from heart disease in the U.S.

Eggs are high in cholesterol and saturated fat, but there seems to be a shocking truth about the eggs and heart disease connection that nobody is talking about…

Draw the cell…

You’re made up of 30-70 trillion cells. Every cell has a lipid bilayer around it called the cell membrane. Think of the cell membrane as the bodyguard of your cells.

The membrane is your intelligence. The membrane allows good things in and bad things out.

We just established how important the cell membrane is. The next question is, what is the cell membrane made of?

Protein, saturated fat and cholesterol!
