This week on the Yoga Magic podcast, I sit down with my personal health coach Marwa Ismail. As a self care coach myself, I find it so helpful to have outside help to ensure I'm doing all that I can do to stay healthy and thriving. So by working with Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Clinic I was introduced to Marwa! Marwa has been such a huge help with self care and wellness for clients all over the country over the last year.

Marwa's bio... Marwa Ismail is an Integrative Nutrition and Functional Nutrition Health Coach who graduated from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the largest nutrition and health coaching school in the world. She went on to complete a certificate from MindBodyGreen in Functional Nutrition Coaching. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from UNC-Charlotte. She is currently in the process of becoming a nationally board certified Health and Wellness Coach. Through her private practice, Figs and Olives Wellness, she helps her clients achieve their health and wellness goals by addressing lifestyle and nutrition changes. She also works remotely for Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center as she helps patients achieve their wellness goals and comply with their treatment plans. Aside from health coaching, Marwa loves to spend time with her husband and four children, enjoying nature and being outdoors.
