We often label grief and trauma as things to fear and suppress, when in reality, these states can provide us with learnings and growth that other states cannot. This has never been more true than in the case of grief coach Whitney Lyn Allen, whose own tragic story not only emboldened her outlook, but ultimately changed her life for the better.
