Todays guest was long time friend of the podcast, Michael Krivka. He is a Master RKC and owner of CrossFit Koncepts in Gaithersburg, MD. We discussed his background in martial arts, kettlebell training and strength training, how they can all be integrated together and how he owes his life to the resiliency created through training that kept him alive during a recent "Widow Maker" heart attack.

Check out our weekly our best powerlifting articles by Marty Gallagher where Marty discusses everything from the squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press and much more. His latest article "Power Rack Training" is up now.

And don't forget the Jim Steel best strength and conditioning articles combining his head strength coach experience from the University of Pennsylvania for twenty years with decades of successful powerlifting meets and bodybuilding competitions for us all to learn from and enjoy. His latest article "My Competitive Bodybuilding Experience" is up now.

Thanks for listening and if you like what you hear please give us a review on your favorite podcast player.
