Mandy is an inspirational writer, entrepreneur and speaker, whose body of work focuses on lifting the human spirit. She has been featured in TED, Forbes, and Inc Magazine.

During the 2020 corona-virus pandemic, she created, The Daily Uplift— a project authoring personalized notes and reflections to strangers to elevate mindsets and spirits and to help address its global mental health toll.

Her debut book, Up— releases in 2021. It is a book inspired by Mandy's personal story and recovery of two unexpected spinal surgeries in one year, where she lost her ability to look down ever again.
