We were each born with the perfect piece of fitness equipment - the human body which itself is capable of moving in a myriad of directions at a variety of different speeds. Technology can be defined as a manner of accomplishing a task using special processes, methods or knowledge; from an iron dumbbell to an iPad, any time we use a pick up or use exercise equipment we are using a piece of technology. Some technology promises to help us cuts pounds of fat while other technology is being developed that can literally hack the brain to help us learn how to move better.
