In today's solocast, I'm talking all about what to do when you are tempted to try a diet.

My answer: Don't do it!!

But I know that's easier said than done, especially when you aren't feeling the best in your body. Which is why I give you three steps you can take to start feeling better in your body as soon as possible, without ever restricting a single food.

This is an especially good listen pre and post-vacation and in the new year when diet temptation is at an all-time high.
